The Boosters are very proud to offer annually two $500 scholarships to a senior who has three varsity letters or three years of participation in an extracurricular activity.  There are also two $250 Book Awards.

Eligibility
Applicants must:

1.    Be a college-bound senior,

2.    Complete an application and include a credentials form,

3.    Show good scholarship by maintaining a GPA of 3.0 or Higher,

4.    Have participated for three years on any combination of athletic teams or extracurricular activities,

5.    Participate in a varsity sport or extracurricular activity during senior year,

6.    Have a parent who is a member of the Boosters Club,

7.    Obtain a written recommendation from a coach or activity sponsor.

Financial need is not a criterion.  The scholarship may be used at any college or university of the student’s choice.  The money will be sent directly to the college.  There will be two $500 scholarships awarded for the academic year -- one for a girl and one for a boy.  There will also be two $250 Book awards for the academic year -- one for a boy and one for a girl.

Selection Process
The evaluation and selection for these awards are made by the Centennial High School Scholarship Committee.  Interested students should see their guidance counselor for more information and for appropriate forms.
