The District 7 A.S.A. JO Office is located in Cohoes, NY
Currently we are registering teams from the Capital District Area to the Canadian Border,
ages 6 to 18 years old. This year we will be registering all women's teams over the age of 18 years old in the Adult Division.
The Organization sanctions all tournaments in the district.
This includes Fast Pitch & Modified Softball.

All managers & coaches must be dressed alike, this includes shirts and pants in team colors.
NO jeans or cut offs will be allowed on the field!
Only players, bat person, & score keeper are allowed in dugouts.
Only approved marked ASA balls will be used!

DIVISION II PITCHER OF THE WEEK (4/23/2008)
 Katie Ives
Mercyhurst North East College
Highs School: Schuylerville
Hometown: Gansevorrt, N.Y.
Ives, a 5-8 hurler from Mercyhurst North East College, is the NJCAA Division II Pitcher of the Week. She collected three wins last week over Erie, Alfred and Niagara and she threw a 3-1 8 inning loss to Monroe Community College. In the loss to Monroe she had 10 strikeouts and gave up one one hit and no earned runs. She followed that with a five-inning no-hitter against Erie. Against Alfred Ives broke the school record for strikeouts in a game, collecting 15 over seven innings. Ives closed the week with seven strikeouts against Niagara.
We are so proud!! Katie is the NJCAA Ringor Division II Pitcher of the week. They made an error on the Division. What an awesome freshman season!!
