Dedicated to the development of youth athletics and to elevate our level of play to the highest caliber possible. Within a competitive environment, athletes learn the life skills of fair play, good sportsmanship, and respect. By teaching and reinforcing fundamentals, conditioning, commitment, teamwork, perseverance, and positive attitude, we provide our athletes the necessary tools to be champions in their sport and in life.

Lightning Youth Athletics Try Out Dates
The Lightning Youth Athletics Girls Fastpitch Softball Program will hold tryouts for the 2009 Season. Girls interested in being a part of an elite traveling tournament team are encouraged to try out. Players must possess a desire to play serious softball and have the ability to be aggressive, learn quickly, work hard, and commit to many practices and tournaments. 10U - Sat 8/9 and Sun 8/10 – 9:00-11:00 a.m.
12U – Sat 8/9 and Sun 8/10 – 12:00-2:00 p.m.
14U – Sat 8/9 and Sun 8/10 – 2:30-4:30 p.m.
16U – Sat 8/9 and Sun 8/10 – 5:00-7:00 p.m.
10U & 12U – Tues 8/12 – 5:00-6:30 p.m.
14U & 16U – Tues 8/12 – 6:30-8:00 p.m.
