Meeting Called to order at 6:35 pm.

 

Motion>Todd Felhofer to accept the minutes of November 21, 2004 meeting.

Motion Passed

 

*Discussion of registration to date/preliminary #’s-Feeling is most rosters are looking pretty good. Concern with U-16 Girls.

*Recap from January 8th CWSL Meeting

*Practice space issues.  #’s vs space- Todd Felhofer will check to see if we can get some gym time at Middle School.

 

Motion>Mike Miller-Coaches be given the option to receive an advance from MYSA for tournament registration fees.

*Update on Concessions Committee (Tracy Frey and Jenny Shanahan)

*Set February 15th as final date for rosters-Roster Committee (Miller, Berg, Felhofer, Hoffman) will meet prior to February Board meeting to deal with any roster issues.

*Concerns from Coaching Committee (Gary Van Oudenhoven, Miller)

*Uniforms and Spiritwear-Ken Berg with check with Varsity wear (John Miner).
