FORMAT – 5 GAMES POOL PLAY - Then all teams enter single
elimination tournament in 2 divisions-Gold or Silver-based on pool play
finish.

All teams
must have email contact address to be accepted.
·
All teams
must play a Friday game. First game Friday is at 10:00 am.
·
All teams
must be sanctioned with USSSA. Fill in your USSSA number _____________ or nonregistered Ohio teams can
enclose an additional $25 for registration, or register on site. Out of
state teams must register with their State Director or at www.USSSA.com.

No refunds after draw is made.
