Team Endure
~ Team Endure ~ Mission Statement: Team Endure is a competitive running resource committed to the pursuit of excellence in the sports of cross country, track and road racing. Our mission is to provide meaningful learning and physical training experiences consistent with the needs and goals of the individual athlete. We are unique in that we offer our athletes an opportunity to prepare for the fall season in a highly structured and productive environment. We are operational during the summer months (June - August). As coaches, we assume the responsibility of shaping an environment that is meaningful and rewarding for the athletesan environment that fosters success. We believe that through education, intelligent coaching methods, proper physical conditioning and sound psychological skills training this responsibility can be accomplished. Accordingly, we also require our athletes to demonstrate certain behavioral traits inherent to developing their fullest potential as athletes and people.
